Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then standard US shipping adds another 4–8. Total: about 6–13 business days from order to doorstep.

Where do you ship?
Currently only within the United States. International shipping is coming.

How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking number once your piece ships. Tracking can take 2–5 days to fully update.

Can I cancel or change an order?
Email us at support@avenlore.com as soon as possible. We can sometimes make changes before production starts, but once a piece is in production we can't pull it back.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know what size to order?
Start with our Size Guide. Each product page also has measurements specific to that style.

What if it doesn't fit?
Exchange within 30 days of delivery. Details in our Refund & Return Policy.

I'm between sizes — what should I do?
Size up. Our heavier pieces are made to layer, and a little room reads better than too tight.

Products & Materials

What are your pieces made of?
Mostly heavyweight cotton and cotton blends. Our silk kimonos are 100% pure silk satin. Each product page lists the specific composition.

Are they made to order?
Yes. We don't carry inventory in the traditional sense — pieces are produced after you order. This is why production takes a few days and why we don't end up with leftover stock.

Where are they made?
Our production partners are based in the United States. Specifics on each product page when relevant.

How should I care for my piece?
Wash cold, dry low, no bleach or fabric softener. Full details in our Care Guide.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Full terms in our Refund & Return Policy.

Who pays return shipping?
The customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
