Shipping Policy

Every Aven Lore piece is made to order by our production partner in the United States. Here's what to expect from order to doorstep.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. We're working on expanding internationally — if you're outside the US, reach out and we'll let you know our latest options.

2. Shipping Cost

Standard US shipping: a flat rate, calculated at checkout.
Free US shipping on all orders over $75.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

Because each item is made to order, fulfillment happens in two stages:

Production: Your item is printed and prepared by our US partner, typically within 2–3 business days.
Shipping: Once dispatched, US orders generally arrive within 3–5 business days.

Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days of being placed. Times may vary slightly during holidays or high-demand periods.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking to begin updating after you receive the notification.

5. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please keep all packaging and contact us at support@avenlore.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos if possible. We'll make it right.
We're unable to take responsibility for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier but reported as not received. If this happens, contact us and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier.
