Shipping
Every Aven Lore piece is made to order. Nothing waits in a warehouse; your piece is cut, printed and packed after you order it.
Where we ship
United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Finland and Switzerland. Prices are in US dollars.
Timing
Production: 2–5 business days.
Delivery after dispatch, typically: United States 5–10 business days · United Kingdom and Ireland 7–14 business days · Finland and Switzerland 10–18 business days.
You receive a tracking link by email the moment your piece leaves the workshop. Tracking tells the truth; if it stops moving for more than 10 business days, write to us and we open a trace. A lost parcel is remade and reshipped at no cost.

Shipping is calculated by destination and shown at checkout, before you pay.
Duties and taxes outside the United States
Orders to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Finland and Switzerland may be subject to import VAT, duties or a carrier handling fee on arrival. These are set by your country, are not included in our prices, and are collected by the carrier before delivery.
Address changes
Write to support@avenlore.com within 12 hours of ordering. Once a piece is in production the address can no longer be changed.
