Refund & Return Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your Aven Lore gear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your clothing must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed (no stains, odors, or pet hair).
  • In the original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Free from any modifications or alterations.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or "Clearance" items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Intimate apparel (if applicable to your catalog).

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@avenlore.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and the shipping address.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges (Sizing Issues)

Ordered the wrong size? We'll swap it for you. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Email support@avenlore.com to start.
