Every piece is made to order, so we keep this simple and human. A person answers, not a system.
14 days
You have 14 days from delivery to ask for a return or an exchange. Write to support@avenlore.com with your order number.
Something wrong with the piece
A misprint, a flaw in the cloth, damage in transit: send us a photo. We remake the piece and ship the new one at no cost. No return needed.
Wrong size
One size exchange per order. We send the new size; keep the original, pass it on, or wear it oversized. Exchanges are for the same piece in a different size; a different piece or colour is a new order.
Changed your mind
Unworn, unwashed pieces in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Return postage is paid by you; we refund the piece within 5 business days of receiving it.
Not returnable
Worn or washed pieces, and pieces returned after 14 days.
