Shipping policy

1. Shipping Zones & Rates

• Domestic (USA): We are proud to offer shipping within the United States.

• International: (Decide if you are shipping to the UK/Europe/etc.) We currently ship to [List Countries].

2. Processing & Shipping Times

Because we work with specialized suppliers to bring you high-quality fitness gear at discount prices, shipping is divided into two parts:

• Processing Time: All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24–48 hours after the order is placed.

• Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

  • US Orders: Typically arrive within [4–8] business days (adjust based on your actual supplier speed).

  • International Orders: Typically arrive within [10–20] business days.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Note: Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update in the system after the initial shipment notification.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Protowagon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Missing Packages

• If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us at sml-emr@hotmail.com within 48 hours.

• We are not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed "Delivered" status by the carrier.
