These terms govern your use of avenlore.com and any purchase you make from Aven Lore. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Purchase & Payment

Order acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order — for example, due to a stock issue or a pricing error — and will refund you in full if we do.
Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the time of checkout.

2. Products & Colors

Accuracy: We do our best to display product colors and details accurately, but screens vary. The color you see on your device may differ slightly from the finished item.
Sizing: Please refer to the size details on each product page. Fit can vary between styles, so check measurements before ordering.
Made to order: Most items are printed and produced individually after you order, which is why slight variations between pieces are normal and not considered defects.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, artwork, logos, and text on avenlore.com are the property of Aven Lore and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
If you share photos of yourself wearing Aven Lore and tag us, you grant us permission to repost that image on our own channels with credit.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are covered in detail in our Refund & Return Policy. In short: items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aven Lore is not liable for damage or irritation resulting from improper use, washing, or care of our products. Please follow the care instructions on each product page.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, though we'll always help you track down a delayed package.
