These terms apply to every order placed at avenlore.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
An order confirmation email means we have received your order, not that we have accepted it. We may cancel an order because of a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or a piece we can no longer make; if we do, you are refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed.
Made to order
Each piece is produced after you order it. Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and are described in our Shipping page.
International orders
For deliveries outside the United States you are the importer of record. Import VAT, duties and carrier fees charged by your country are your responsibility.
Colours, cloth and sizing
Garment-dyed and washed fabrics vary slightly from piece to piece; that variation is part of the cloth, not a defect. Screens differ, so colours may not match exactly what you see. Please check the size guide before ordering; the fit is boxy and oversized by design.

All designs, engravings, names, numbers, lore and text on this site belong to Aven Lore and may not be reproduced without written permission. If you share a photo of yourself wearing Aven Lore and tag us, you allow us to repost it on our own channels, with credit.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
