1. Purchase & Payment

• Order Acceptance: State that receiving an order confirmation doesn't signify acceptance; you reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors or pricing glitches.

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Mention that for international orders, the customer is the "importer of record" and responsible for local taxes.

2. Product Information & Colors

• Accuracy: Include a clause stating that while you try to display colors accurately, screen calibrations vary, and you cannot guarantee the T-shirt color will perfectly match what the user sees on their monitor.

• Sizing: Reference your size chart and state that "standard" fits may vary.

3. Intellectual Property (Designs)

• Design Ownership: Explicitly state that all T-shirt designs, graphics, and logos on avenlore.com are the sole property of your company.

• User-Generated Content: If you allow customers to post photos of themselves wearing your gear, state that by tagging you, they grant you a license to use that image for marketing.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Policy: You must link to your specific Return Policy here.

• Condition: State that items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Usage: You are not liable for any skin irritations or damages resulting from the "misuse" of the apparel (standard legal protection).

• Delivery: Once a package is handed to a carrier (like UPS or FedEx), Avenlore is not liable for carrier delays.
